The Email window in StairBiz Version 10 lets you send quotes without leaving your job. Build reusable email templates with fields that fill in automatically, such as client name, site address, quote total and date, then attach your custom quote sheet as a PDF with a double click. Every email is saved against its job and copied to your regular email program, so you can keep one email thread with your client.
