StairBiz runs on an annual licence model, like most professional software platforms. You pay annually to use the software, receive updates, and stay connected to the platform.
Your price depends on which modules you need and how many licences your team requires, so we work it out with you on a demo call.
We show you the software running on a real job, walk you through which modules make sense for your operation, and discuss pricing before you commit to anything.

Not necessarily. Professional is the only non-negotiable; nothing else works without it.
Estimating and CNC are optional additions depending on your operation. If you price jobs manually and have no CNC machinery, Professional on its own covers a significant amount of ground.
A demo is the fastest way to understand which combination makes sense for your business.

V10 uses concurrent licensing, which means licences aren't tied to a specific person or device.
Anyone on your team can log in from any device, whether they're in the office, on the workshop floor, or out on a site visit.
The only rule is that two people can't use the same licence at the same time. If you need two people working simultaneously, you need two licences.

Installation and training are charged at an hourly rate and delivered directly by the StairBiz team. The time required depends on your setup and your team’s familiarity with the software.
Once you’re up and running, ongoing support is available on a time-and-materials basis. On the demo call, we’ll give you a clear picture of what onboarding typically looks like for a business your size.

Migration from V9 to V10 is a supported process. We migrate your existing data, rebuild your custom sheets, and give you time to evaluate V10 on your own jobs.
